We provide a well-established technology for hydrogenations from small to large scale: The BUSS-Loop® reactor.

The reactor’s increased mixing capabilities maximizes the gas-liquid surface area. This improves the performance of mass transfer limited reactions. The gain can be invested in shorter reaction time, lower temperature, lower pressure, higher selectivity, higher yield, or lower catalyst load. Depending on your needs and process targets we can test your hydrogenation reaction and perform parameter optimisation in our laboratory and pilot plant facility. Our expertise includes the development of continuous operation procedures out of batch processes. With the Buss Loop® reactors inline filtration the heterogenous catalyst stays in the reactor without further immobilization necessary.
